We are seeking a dependable and hands-on Fleet Maintenance Technician to support our equipment, vehicles, and facility operations. This role handles general mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance, while also stepping in as a backup propane delivery driver during peak seasons or when coverage is needed.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose mechanical issues and perform timely repairs on company vehicles and equipment
Conduct routine maintenance including oil changes, tire service, and preventative inspections
Complete detailed service logs and maintain accurate repair records
Keep the shop, tools, and work areas clean and in safe working condition
Follow all company safety standards and operational procedures
Provide seasonal support as a relief propane delivery driver when needed
Assist the Location Manager with additional operational tasks as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of mechanical experience preferred
Experience performing routine vehicle maintenance and inspections
Familiarity with diagnostic tools and troubleshooting equipment
Strong problem-solving ability
Able to follow established processes and safety protocols
Clear communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust to changing priorities
Education & Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
CDL License (or willingness to obtain)
Must pass pre-employment drug screen and physical
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit, bend, kneel, and reach overhead regularly
Ability to lift 60+ lbs consistently
Comfortable working in a shop environment and outdoors when required
