Seasonal CDL Drivers (Class A/B)

Looking for a hands-on seasonal role where no two days are the same? Join our agronomy team and play a key role in supporting local agriculture during the busiest time of the year.

This is more than just driving. In this role, you’ll help move essential agricultural products, operate equipment, and support day-to-day operations that keep farms running during the season. If you enjoy variety, working outdoors, and being part of a fast-paced team, this could be a great fit.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Safely operate CDL trucks and other equipment

  • Transport agronomy products between branches and customer locations

  • Load and unload inventory efficiently and safely

  • Operate forklifts and skid loaders as needed

  • Assist with general maintenance of trucks and equipment

  • Help maintain a clean, organized facility, shop, and grounds

  • Support the team with various operational tasks during peak season


What We’re Looking For

  • Agriculture or farming experience is a strong plus

  • Valid Class A or B CDL (Hazmat endorsement preferred)

  • Comfortable operating manual transmission vehicles

  • Experience with forklifts, skid loaders, or similar equipment

  • Basic mechanical knowledge

  • Ability to work safely, follow procedures, and communicate well with the team

  • Someone who can adapt, stay organized, and handle multiple tasks


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift 60+ lbs

  • Ability to sit, bend, reach, and work outdoors

  • Must pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen
