Operate & Maintain Equipment:
Run sprayers, spreaders, and other machinery for applying fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, and fungicides
Ensure equipment is calibrated correctly for precise application
Prepare & Manage Fields:
Read field maps and follow instructions from farm managers or agronomists
Prepare fields for treatment and perform pre-application checks
Support Customers:
Communicate with farmers about application timing and methods
Offer suggestions for crop protection products based on field conditions
Follow up to ensure satisfaction with services provided
Safety & Compliance:
Follow all safety protocols and use proper PPE
Maintain accurate records of applications in compliance with regulations
Equipment Maintenance & Record Keeping:
Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain machinery
Keep detailed logs of product usage, field conditions, and inventory
Continuous Learning:
Stay up-to-date on new agricultural products, technologies, and safety standards
Participate in training programs and workshops
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic experience with heavy equipment (excavators, loaders, skid-steers, backhoes, tractors, balers, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Good communication and problem-solving skills
