CDL Class A/B Driver

Location: Campbellsburg, IN
Schedule: Full-Time (Local Routes)
Pay: $18 – $21/hour

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable CDL Class A/B Driver to support agronomy operations in Campbellsburg, IN. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a combination of local driving, equipment operation, and hands-on work in an agricultural environment.

As a CDL Class A/B Driver, you will play a key role in delivering agricultural products safely and efficiently while supporting equipment maintenance and daily branch operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate commercial trucks (manual transmission) in a safe and efficient manner

• Deliver fertilizers, crop protection products, and seed to customers and branch locations

• Safely transport and handle anhydrous ammonia

• Load and unload materials using forklifts and skid loaders

• Conduct routine inspections and assist with basic maintenance of vehicles and equipment

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, office, and grounds

• Support team operations with additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required:

• Valid driver’s license (CDL Class A or B preferred)

• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures

• Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment

Preferred:

• Hazmat endorsement

• Experience in agriculture, farming, or agronomy

• Basic mechanical knowledge

• Experience operating forklifts and skid loaders

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 60+ lbs on a regular basis

• Capable of bending, sitting, and reaching overhead throughout the day

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical exam
