Operate and maintain grain handling equipment such as conveyors, elevators, and augers.
Monitor grain quality and ensure it meets our high standards during storage and transfer.
Load and unload shipments from trucks, railcars, or barges.
Conduct inspections and perform routine maintenance on equipment and storage facilities.
Help prepare and mix custom grain blends as needed.
Follow and promote strict safety procedures in every operation.
Track and report equipment or quality issues promptly to management.
Keep work areas organized, clean, and efficient.
Collaborate closely with your team to maintain smooth workflow and operations.
Support inventory management and stock control of grain products.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in grain handling or agricultural operations is a plus.
Comfortable operating and maintaining heavy equipment safely.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Physical ability to lift and handle heavy materials.
Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Basic mechanical aptitude for routine troubleshooting.
Flexibility to work weekends, overtime, and varying hours.
Able to work in environments with dust, noise, and changing conditions.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Basic computer skills for record-keeping and data entry.
