Grain Operations Specialist 

Location: Princeton, IN
Pay: $18–$21 per hour

What You’ll Do

  • Operate and maintain grain handling equipment such as conveyors, elevators, and augers.

  • Monitor grain quality and ensure it meets our high standards during storage and transfer.

  • Load and unload shipments from trucks, railcars, or barges.

  • Conduct inspections and perform routine maintenance on equipment and storage facilities.

  • Help prepare and mix custom grain blends as needed.

  • Follow and promote strict safety procedures in every operation.

  • Track and report equipment or quality issues promptly to management.

  • Keep work areas organized, clean, and efficient.

  • Collaborate closely with your team to maintain smooth workflow and operations.

  • Support inventory management and stock control of grain products.

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience in grain handling or agricultural operations is a plus.

  • Comfortable operating and maintaining heavy equipment safely.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Physical ability to lift and handle heavy materials.

  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

  • Basic mechanical aptitude for routine troubleshooting.

  • Flexibility to work weekends, overtime, and varying hours.

  • Able to work in environments with dust, noise, and changing conditions.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

  • Basic computer skills for record-keeping and data entry.
