What You’ll Do
As the Feed Mill Maintenance Manager, you will lead maintenance efforts and ensure that all equipment and facility systems operate safely and efficiently.
 

Your responsibilities may include:

• Overseeing preventative and corrective maintenance for feed mill equipment
• Managing daily maintenance operations and coordinating repairs
• Supervising and supporting maintenance technicians
• Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and operational issues
• Developing preventative maintenance schedules to reduce downtime
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operational standards
• Managing maintenance budgets, parts inventory, and vendor relationships
• Coordinating with production teams to support efficient mill operations
• Maintaining documentation of repairs, maintenance schedules, and equipment performance

Basic Requirements
• Experience in industrial maintenance, feed mill operations, or manufacturing environments • Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Experience supervising or leading maintenance teams
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance systems and equipment reliability
• Ability to work with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems • Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred (But Not Required)
• Previous experience working in a feed mill, grain facility, or agricultural processing plant
• Experience with conveyors, augers, hammer mills, mixers, and grain handling equipment
• Electrical or PLC troubleshooting experience
• Maintenance management or supervisory experience in industrial settings
